However, in the event of cancellation of the event, customers will be reimbursed by yoovib if the funds are still in the possession of yoovib.

1.3 Ticket Authenticity Issues: If a User encounters issues with the authenticity of a purchased ticket, such as it being invalid or counterfeit, Users must report the issue to yoovib.com within a reasonable timeframe. yoovib.com will investigate the matter, and if the ticket is deemed invalid or counterfeit, Users may be eligible for a refund.

  • Non-Refundable Situations
